EX10D does not replace anything in the fleet stack. It sits underneath it, improving the behaviour of the assets that every other system is already measuring.
Existing systems
What EX10D touches — and does not
Telematics
No integration required. Existing platforms continue to report fuel and utilisation, and become the measurement instrument for the programme.
Maintenance scheduling
Schedules remain as set. Extended service intervals are adopted only once the fleet's own records support the change.
Fuel reporting
Fuel card and bowser data are used exactly as they are; no new data source is introduced.
Procurement
No parts catalogue, spares holding or supplier onboarding for components, because there are none.
Scaling
From cohort to fleet-wide
Representative cohort
A trial group is selected to represent the real mix of duty cycles, not the easiest cases.
Staged rollout
Expansion follows measured results by vehicle class rather than all at once.
Ongoing reporting
The same metrics continue to be tracked after rollout so drift is visible.
Multi-site and multi-country fleets
Because there is no hardware supply chain, no consumable logistics and no installation workforce, geographic expansion is a scheduling exercise rather than a distribution one.
Baselines are established per site, since fuel quality, climate and route profile differ enough to make a single global figure misleading.
