EX10D works at the level of combustion and thermal behaviour. It is applied passively to fleet assets and its effect is recorded against the fleet's own operating data — not laboratory idealisations.

Position

Fleets do not need another device. They need better behaviour from the assets they already run.

Every fleet already runs telematics, maintenance scheduling and fuel reporting. What those systems cannot change is how the asset itself behaves under load — how completely it burns fuel, how much heat it rejects, how stable combustion remains across a duty cycle.

EX10D addresses that layer directly. Because it is passive, it does not compete with existing systems, does not require integration, and does not introduce a new failure point into the operation.

Every programme starts from the fleet's own baseline: fuel records, duty cycles, maintenance history.

Real vehicles, real service

Validation is run on vehicles in operation, not on bench tests isolated from duty reality.

Independent where possible

Key trials have been conducted by independent and government-accredited testers.

Long duration

Asset-life effects are only credible over distance — our records run to 75,000 km and beyond.

Multi-instrument

Fuel, thermal, acoustic and emissions instrumentation together, not a single favourable metric.

Operationally honest

If a duty cycle is unlikely to benefit, we say so before a trial rather than after.
